Project Description:      Nearing completion, this project has been designed to set the standard for the revitalisation and rejuvenation of a tired and lacklustre commercial precinct. Abutting the Burwood train station, the development encompasses a café and ten apartments over at grade parking. Architecturally, the whole has been conceived to reference the characteristics of both the commercial and residential contexts, to create new street interfaces linking to the station, whilst subscribing to a dynamic and modern aesthetic.
